Order Processing Time

All garments are handmade in our Montreal studio. Please allow 7–14 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Domestic (Canada): 3–7 business days
    • International: 7–21 business days
  • Please note: Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship worldwide.
  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees incurred upon arrival in their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, MAISON UNKNOWN is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
  • We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If your package is significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first with your tracking number, then contact us if further assistance is needed.

Refused Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages

Refused deliveries and unclaimed packages may result in additional charges to the customer, unless the package was refused due to visible damage in transit.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check all shipping details before placing your order. MAISON UNKNOWN is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
